Pile Integrity Test

PIT is basically a new-gen technique to determine the quality of the pile or for forensic evaluations of the pile.

The major advantage is that it can give us accurate results with the help of sonic echo and impulse response. The results of the test includes :

•   Pile cross sectional area
•   Length of the pile
•   Integrity of the pile
•   Consistency of the pile
•   Soundness of the concrete

It should not be done within 7 days of the casting of the pile.
